Cross the Lava River and Stand on the paper

 Today we have to do some team works.First all the group members should stand on the given paper and 1 team  members were in a group was 7.The given paper was little bit larger than a bristle board.There were three groups and when our lecturer gave a command to step in,we all had to stand on the paper until she says step out. She mentioned that that we can't keep our steps out from the paper.When any group member kept his feet out side from the paper in the given time,the particular group is removed from the challenge.There were few rounds.In
the 2nd round the paper was  in to two,and it was harder to keep all feet on the paper and our stability went down.In the 3rd round the paper is in 3 member actually it is very difficult to do.

Next was cross the lava river only with four plates.There were three groups and we had four plates to cross the lava river.When a plate in the river it always should be human touched.If any plate didn't touch it doesn't belongs to the group.All the members had to cross the river.In the 1st round we were able to carry our members anyway.We cross the river as individuals and two by two.But in the 2nd round we were unable to do that.All of the group members had to participate in same time.

As a team work we did lot of things to develop our attitude. Actually we learnt from these 2 activities,
01)Leadership development
02)Team work
03)Resource Management   an dlot of other thinks. Actually this PPD lesson help to us develop our soft skills.Its time to go and i will come with a new post.see you bye.
