What I learnt from PPD

We have pleasure 2 years of period with PPD session. I can;t tell what are the things I learnt from PPD from one blog post. Actually we did lot of activities to improve our soft skills and recognize our abilities. In this period we improve our team sprite, Improve individual abilities, path to our career and some things. You must read WSO2 and Technology trends how can affect improve our technology skills. Lot of blog posts you can see in how affect our soft skills.

CV Writing

Before we go to an interview we must have an proper CV. As usually we will create a resume if we going a interview. That is a very bad habit. We must have a CV in every time. Lets we see what are main tips we are creating on CV.


01.Personal Information :- personal information must be include only officially needed details like                                                 name,Address, contact information.

02.Educational Qualification:- Education qualification must be included for the cv in current state of                                                    our education level. (Ex:-current GPA)

03.Professional Qualification:- We must include our professional qualification.

04.Technical Skills and Soft skills:- We must include technical and soft skills in our CV.

Trust Walk

Ms Sarasi had instructed the class to find a partner. One of the two had to cover him/her eyes and other one had to give instructions. They had to bring the blind person through the class room where were many obstacles  on the path and they had to come down on stairs also. If any one had given wrong instructions then could happen accidents also. In some area , madam had put some small obstacles like white board marker pen on the floor. They had to won the task without fail. In this activity we must archive some kind of abilities. We must be a good listener also good navigator and

we must archive trust ability of partner.

And if there is no team spirit, then anyone couldn't win the task. And the both had ready for the unexpected things that can happen on this task. Because both didn't know what are there on the path.

In the industry we have to face like this situation. Actually we must trust our group partner and contribute with those people. In those case we must learn to do things. We learn those qualities on this activity.
