How to Face an Interview

 After a some sessions finally we had a very important session in our PPD lesson. It;s How to face an Interview Actually Its very important to us. Because we have only 1 year period to go our undergraduate Internship program.  And only 2 years to leave from university to the Industry.Let's we see how to face an Interview.

01.Research about the company:- before go for an interview we must research about the company.  Specially what are the company high management,projects,Company achievements are the some of details we should know.I think we can get impressed from the company from this work. Its a advantage for us.

02.Research the persons who are in the company:- After we collecting information about the company we should collect the information about who are works in the company.Lets assume we are works in a team. We want know about Who are the members,What kind of projects they done,What scope they and and etc.It will help to make good image about us.

 

03.Prepare Own ask from common questions:-In an interview commonly ask questions are,

01.What we should requite you?

02.What are your strengths?

03.What are your weakness?

04.How much salary will you expect?

05.Why do you choose our company?

We should prepare like these questions properly.We can prepare these question with a friend.Its easier to us face interview.We must prepare well before the interview.

 04.prepare to ask 2 questions:- In the interview we must ask 2 questions Its similar to What are my job role? What is the scope of your company? Its can get some image of us to interviewers.

Finally they ask definitely why we fit to you to company? Then we need answer carefully don;t be overconfident about us.Its disadvantage for us.You must dress properly when we are going interview.Specially don't share too much personal information in the interview.

 

Story Writing

Hello Guys, I am came with new interesting blog. Last time we did Story Writing in PPD Session.Let's Overview It.

In this session our whole batch divided to three groups and Ms.Sarasi Instruct to us write a

meaningful story. Actually this is very interesting game. We all have to write the story. We are sit opposite to the board and when our turn is come we have to go to board and write a word.Interesting thing is we seeing at board when i am go to board. Before that i don't no whats have in the board. It s quite different and interesting one. I thing we got some valuable soft skills from this Activity. As software Engineers we know we have to work with some Team. In that situation sometimes we have to do part of anybody did project. Sometimes we have to fix bugs like that works we got some experience How can i involve with that kind of practices. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you!!!!!  

Paper Rocket

Last PPD session day was one of the amazing days. Because we played a game which we used to play since our childhood. Have you pass paper rocket to other teams. Its very interesting in our busy day.

Our instructor  Sarasi madam divide us to two groups and gave 6 sheets to each group. Our task was to make rockets as much as we can from those sheets and do fly then through out the line which are sarasi madam draw.

Our target is throw mush as possible rockets in to that line.Best team had made 36 rockets but only 25 rockets are pass the line.

We also lernt how can affect good teamwork to build our individual performance. I think we all get some fun and added some valuable advice to our life. Thanks...........
